You would think the sp would have risen dramatically over the past few days given all of the good news (sales contract awarded, ahead of schedule for development of Ovicoll R and M) issued by the company.
Instead, the sp has barely moved and today it has started the downward slide back towards $0.10 and beyond (possibly).
Why??? Well possibly it has something to do with long suffering stale bulls who have decided to sell or maybe it's the day traders at work moving the price up and down on a very thinly traded stock while the interest remains.
The other reason is that perhaps the recent good news doesn't really add up to much in terms of cash in the bank, which is what CAU desperately need right now. The fact still remains that CAU will be forced to either go to the market or the instos to raise cash very soon and when they do, the existing shareholders stake in CAu will be further diluted.
It's great to see CAU have finally scored a sales contract but they need a lot more if they are to overcome their current financial woes.
