The prospect of this bond refund seems to good to be true - if it's a possibility management would surely have known about it and would be well advanced in applying for it - would love even a basic announcement saying hey were are aware about it and are currently assessing our options.

If the refund did happen to come through in the short term (or it allowed us to short term borrow against its imminent refund) what would this do to our MC?

Could be some good buying at the levels if some more concrete details can be confirmed.
