I was thinking that a fund raising before the approval,but now we got 2 approval in bag and I am sure they don’t do any fund raise in near future,They renewed the 3 million shares shelf stock in April as a precaution incase any adverse effect come from FDA.But everything good now and company valued near to a billion and enough cash to run upto vitiligo 2025 expansion as of CEO updates.The shelf renewed stock is a back up and anytime they can cancel it according to the notes.
