My picks are GPT for commercial/retail in Australia, GMG for industrial,MOF for overseas commercial leverage...i also like FKP for resi/com/retirement and SDG is also a great one that is probaly the most undervalued for an REIT.I think the nta is around $1.20 and they trade around 80c, with the coy doing a buy back aswell of 15% shares which will help alot down the track ..[less dilution]..but there are many others to choose from this isnt advice so dyor..thnks. I hold alot of gmg,gpt with a smaller parcel of mof for down the track when usa gets back on track..IF i was to pick just one then Westfeilds is the most certain standout.
