On rig and other matters:

About 18 months ago or it might have been a year earlier, Range representatives in front of the Puntlan President at the the time along with a bunch of journo's who they'd flown in to Puntalnd stated that the rig was in Dubai - that was a lie.

At the annual Range meeting in Perth last year, Landou was asked where the rig was. He stated the rig was in Western Australia and yes he would provide photos of it to the shareholder who asked the question. No photos were ever delivered.

Farole is never going to sign off on anything until Africa Oil hands over the seismic data for them to examine. Africa Oil flat out refuses to do it. Now they're either playing some power game or maybe the seismic data shows there's no oil.
