not emotional, realistic. management are paid collectively in excess of $2mill plus so would expect some deliveriea on this. i disagree some of those folks have been in range of 3 -10 plus years. at the end of day we all make money on sp performance and that one indicator has performed like one big turkey over the past yeara however much everyone justifies the fundamentals, etc. i didnt eat humble pie last year and actually do want to and make money this year. fresh change and code.red 2.0 n leadership would be a good start imo
