plus the fact that the board of directors is in a constaint state of flux, the MD is paid way over the odds, the balance sheet is debt ridden (look at the latest quarterly report)and relies on nonstandard(financiers no one has ever heard of) third party deals for survival, the only brokers that show an interest are on the lowest tier, anything else?............

One of those companies that if you woke up tomorrow and the stock was suspended forever you would not be surprised. Cannot see any reason to go near this wierd abberration.
