not only send the first shipment of ore but give as much commercial disclosure as possible (eg profit from shipment)
stop using mickey mouse back to back debt/equity borrowings that are not transparent and appear to convert at a 20% plus margin to the prevailing stock price
put the MD on a performance based salary the market will tolerate
stop describing commodity traders as 'end users'
ditch the sus project valuation technique of putting a multiple on a 'multiple'
allow for a decent enough time period after the first shipment(s) to show the balancesheet effect-live in reality not the 'future' all the time
ditch Martin Place, don't add value
ditch the US listing mechanism-this sought of rubbish (ADRs)was used as a ramping mechanism back in 1980s but soon fell over as the Septics would not buy the stock in any volume-it implies it is a 'creditworthy' company as it is listed in the States. It gets ignored after the first few weeks if not the first few days
present/attend at proper mining venues-RIU conferences, Diggers etc
stop the yurnover in directors/coy secs.
