Vendor, I guess anyone buying now can look forward to the gap closing at 3.5 :)
More importantly (IMO), unlike many producers, ABU will likely see very strong profit even at $1300 gold. $40 mill per year on my estimate (at 300ktpa and 10g/t head grade assumptions).
Current mc is $110mill.
Numbers sound good to me.
Despite the short term market uncertainty, my sentiment is now a buy rather than long term buy on this price drop.
Not advice on what others should do, just my sentiment.
