I have a family investment fund with interests in property development and equities.

We would like to create a new profit centre in our equities division devoted to technical analysis investing /trading. Its an area where we have minimal skills.

We are prepared to initially invest $250,000 as a start to get this vehicle off the ground. We will offer a 25% profit share to the person that we appoint to the post of heading this up.

The amount of funds that are available for future groth will be subject to performance only.
