Perhaps the question should be why did the share price fall? There were dips at the end of Aug, end of Oct and mid Nov. Were these trading machinations?
I have observed a delay between BLG announcement and comprehension/response(i.e. SP movement) over the years.

There was a big wanning of the SP post capital raising last year as there was no substantive news during the Lumileds Phase II period. There was also a sell down by Wellington who were sitting on a sizable profit.
I believe the recent RPCVD performance data from the BLG300 is very positive and will draw new investment interest in due course.
