Spike , I guess if Michael grant wants voting shares instead of options there could be lots of reasons for this . One of the reasons solbec shares have been undervalued for so long is because so many investors take the opportunity to buy the options , which are a great deal , and dont buy shares . To see a director buying shares is good . He could have converted them to shares in another company , then I would have been worried . This is just a continuation of something some fool tried to start on another board .
