If this was the case, I would have thought now that extension has been granted, TO if it is going to occur will be sooner rather than later. The later it is left, the stronger position centro will be in, and the higher possibility of a share price recovery. The complex structure may hold suitors back though, how much so we don't know. I don't think a TO is a given.
