    I see the example you have shown but there is a bit more to the story today, the entire market is down, and with the housing crisis in the USA making more headlines over the weekend, it was no real surprise that CER has dropped today. I see what you are saying about manipulation to catch some one out but personally i dont think that this has caused any actual SP change for CER
