Possibly. I've come across a few threads that newbies believe actually have influence over a SP. Everyone thought that Volparas spike was because of a fool article. ha ha.
But there's a lot of stupid people out there wanting to get rich and the stocks mean that they don't have to find a casino to gamble, they can do it at home.
