sp minus Disallowed

SOT's SP performance since Feb 7, 2005 is noteworthy. SOT hit $2.54 on Feb 7, 2005 after which time it kept sinking all the way down to $0.65 on May 25, 2006. It rallied to $1.01 by Nov 15 2006 only to fall again and rise back to $1.06 on April 13, 2007 - in doing so tempting investors who thought the trend was changing. Post April 13 the SP sank again. After a short-lived and minor rally through a special dividend on June 27, 2007 the SP sank to just $0.24 on March 18, 2008 [making SOT a -10 bagger company]. As a shareholder at the time I used the hoped for pre-merger dividend-driven rally of April 2-9 to exit SOT. Burnt & scarred I licked my wounds while watching it again burn as the XD date approached and the real effects of price dilution accompanying the merger took hold.

So what do you think ny opinion is of the the stewardship of SOT by CEO Mr Michael Simmons and its Board of Directors? For Australia's sake I hope TLS wins the battle for building Australia's new broadband network.
