I think someone is trying to hit people's stop losses so that they can accumulate more at .004.

The idea is that you sell a small quantity of shares and the punter sees that the price is now at .004 so they sell their parcel to you at that price as they think that is the going price.

In my opinion it's a ploy to rip off someone who doesn't know any better.
