    3c means nothing.. has nothing to do with the agreement.

    That just states that if the share price trades above each 3c, 4c & 5c for more than 20 consective days.. over anytime in the next 24 months, then they get a bonus 20m shares each time.

    All it means is that if we close at 2.9c today, the 20 days starts again the next time we close at/above 3.0c.
