Very good.
I haven't quite made it through my second year of trading but I am learning as you say to wait and not chase. The market and FOMO is a bit daunting in the early days so it's nice when you mature into an unemotionally trader. I'm getting there slowly. Still a bit of a kid in a candy shop at times.
