It's been made obvious IAM is concentrating on CBA. They've gone down the 'aim for the smaller FPs' but obviously it's a huge battle; would you rather do a demo on 10 person, or 100000? Notwithstanding the fact that most small FPs won't probably find IAM services of a huge benefit. As I mentioned before, small businesses will leverage the fact that they can spend more time one on one and be more personal in their services. Then there's also the fact that they may not go through as many SOAs as bigger FPs. The cost-benefit is not as favourable as a company as big as CBA.
So of course there's no point in retaining staff that does not provide you the best bang to your buck. That's just fact, not a joke like what some people do here. Why waste money on something inefficient? This is a private enterprise not a charity.
