Where are you getting this from? I'm looking at that website and the cheapest is an entry level paraplanner that charges 45 an hour. According to their website, a basic SOA takes 2 hours, and more complex can be 9 hours. So the CHEAPEST is 90 dollars for one statement.
But that website is a marketplace. It's like airtasker for paraplanners. So as a big business, you don't really want to be working with individuals and retraining every single one of them for your needs. It's just a dumb business decision.
Boom can get you 20 bucks. And it will be tailored to your business' needs.
