This is true, they aren't outsourcing the risk, only the admin.
Hence this isn't an answer to lack of compliance. They'd still receive the document in word (editable) form. IAM do no provide the advice, the adviser is responsible for it 100%.
IAMs benefit is reduced admin time and cost.
