Sure they can have all the biggest and the largest and the best, but the fact is CBA is looking around. So obviously something can be better. Maybe it's price, maybe it's the turn around time, maybe it's the fact they have to go through too many trainings to work with so many different planners *shrugs*. What's fact is there's a pilot with IAM, so CBA is not 100% happy with what it's doing at the moment.
And it's highly unfair to name drop, especially when you are comparing something that's been out there vs something new. Rome wasn't built in a day, and this is the first step; getting something from this CBA trial.
