Are you saying our software could still fall over lol? What I'm saying is it's another tick in the box (albeit minor) that our services are being implemented and every month that goes by without negative news means big things for us all. Obviously its early days but I figure if we were going to fail it would be very early on (like a defective TV) because our systems are unreliable or something and it would spook these entities who can't afford a misstep right now.

Would love to know the scale of the early months of this pilot. Anyone have any experience rolling out new software solutions to a reasonably sized organisation? Would they just pick one practice with a few advisers initially to use BOOM2 as their only back office support system and see from there? I wouldn't be surprised if no work has actually gone through BOOM2 yet given the advisers giving it a run might need to be given training first etc.
