Nothing would have changed as far as IAM's product is concerned. However, remember that it took them 20 months (probably talking to roughly same people) to arrive at current pilot arrangement. and until firm contract is signed anything can still fall apart.

to put it into an example, you are suddenly promoted into a high level management or hired to replace one. then someone comes along and says, here sign this contract? would you sign it immediately? Or do you do your own due diligence to make sure you cover your back?

Maybe they end up liking it so all good. What if this person is incompetent and doesnt understand the technology or benefits? That is what i was pointing out. probably unlikely... but would not say it is impossible as well.
