It's factually correct saying the GK acquisition isn't done until the general meeting
It is also factually correct saying management & the Chinese substantial holders own over 50% of the register...
So it's fair to say the vote is a fait accompli
All Chinese IF plays are back on their uptrend & doing well. JAT should outperform given them being cheap on a relative basis
