You're not attempting technical analysis on this stock are you? There's no volume. There's only a trickle of trades. You could push this share price all over the place with pocket money: somebody with $100k to spend could bring the SP to 2c single-handedly.

Technical analysis requires crowd dynamics and momentum (volume x money). You don't have either of those things in operation here.
