I think there is now a lot of speculations about what KAR will do next.
At the moment, they are sitting in Cash with no meaningful assets.
Their attempt to buy assets from Brazil has been held up in court and looks like to have failed.
Their shareholders are unhappy (including myself, until recently) and they are demanding their board do something productive on the pile of cash (over $450m) or return it to shareholders.
CVN is in the right location, has lots of potentials and has been de-risked.
IMHO, we are a great opportunity for them to snap up and take to production by 2020.
We could also sell 50% of our permits to them, if the price is right.
