Assessing their revenue in the last couple of years which slightly increased however their profit margin is very small so NPAT hasnt increased much in the past couple of years. They have done pretty well for FY19 to which they increase dividend hence sp has gone up so much.
I think sp over $4 is too expensive, sit on the side line for a retrace to buy.
