I'd prefer that they hold back a bit of cash for debt reduction and working capital, but then again who am I to tell this management team how to manage
The CY2019 forecast is 1.65bn in revenues and 51.4m in NPBT.....both over 25% over last year (am my calcs based on their historical margins says PBT is conservative). Add to that the fact that the CEO gets paid mainly by way of dividends, I'm pretty comfortable that he is aligned to retail shareholders such as the us.
Even at $4.50 this is yielding ~5% gross based on the March guidance....so the shorters can have a look, but my guess is they are likely to go to other names
