This is true. DDR have an impressive track record and a PE of 20 times can be justified if the growth continues.
of course, that's an optimistic assumption I'm not happy to make.
Itll take me a fair bit to ever sell this position because I now understand the business and am very comfortable with management, but I won't add anymore at current prices
