Check out the Govt announcement yesterday on new funding model for the childcare industry for next six months. It’ll pay childcare centres 50% of fees capped on recent historic occupancy levels as long as Centres provide free access for essential workers (still trying to get specific definition on this aspect). This together with job keeper allowance should prevent many Centres collapsing in near future.
