Only discusses NextDC though. Someone did a really good comparison between CDC and NextDC awhile ago on here (sorry I can't remember who
) but I can't seem to find it either to link it. I believe the market is still failing to acknowledge all of IFT's holding value in CDC.
With results due in ~1 month hopefully we will get some updated independent evalutions for all the assets, not just CDC
P.s. hoping for a 12c+ dividend and a small buyback with shares well and truely under intrinsic value at present. Albiet, the board somewhat opposes the latter.
