Regards to Buffalo you have to let it go. It's a bit like a blind man with a white stick. He can tell you there is a obstacle out front and it's about 3 feet away, but he can't tell you how far it extends below the surface and the sea floor is a mile or 2 down and any testing equipment has to contend with a lot of variables, temp, consistency of the sea floor and more that I don't know about. It's amazing that they can work out as much as they do, but chances of success is given as a percentage as nothing is 100% guaranteed.
