It looks pretty clear in recent announcements that ECTL will have management and advisory roles in the delivery of the project and will be paid funds from the A$35M our partners tipped in (that's how I read it).
It looks to me like the project has a notional value well in excess of A$35 M due to the IP provided by ECTL - lets say A$50M. The partners will be paid in some way for their contributions - ECTL for management, NLC for lignite, waste heat, site services (I'm guessing) and NMDC for ore. Our Engineering and Construction contractors and Suppliers will also be paid I'm thinking.
