I'm not sure about this,

But are the local prices rising the same as the OS prices??

Do they need to be exporting to take adantage of the higher price? Which I'm not sure they are now.

If not exporting, how long will it be before they will?

And will the prices still be high by the time they start exporting?

Of course if the local price is rising then that obviously explains the sp rising!
