sp not doing too well

Pretty disappointed in the SP. With the debt levels, NTA you would think it would be doing better? I hold ABP stock, their rights issue was at 25c and now the SP is 36c.

Have a stated dividend for June, no word from APZ .

I think part of the issue with some of these REITs is there is no real vision. It all seems like accountant talk. Sell non core assets, strenghten the books.
These guys are highly paid, what about a vision / plan ?
If you look at APZ ASX announcements, all procedural,
same with many others, so the markey has to guess if a shock is around the corner or +ve news. If in doubt, discount..
