someone keeps throwing a heap into the sell at.05-1c above the offer. Its always 13 sellers at 0.5c above.
I can not think of any reason someone wants this held down. May be a seller trying to get out though perhaps? Wasnt the last raising at 10c??? a 5% gain from that isnt bad perhaps for some people who need cash??
