Thanks SuperHard, I forgot about the payment from Century. I didn't imply that there will be a cap raising. Nevertheless we will still be in a very tight position in the near term. Markets do not like tight cash positions, add to it a perceived lack of activity in the near term and it's mass exodus. Come January and we might see a resumtion of upward trend.
If the sp drops any further I will need to rebalance my portfolio to take advantage of this opportunity. We are almost back to squar one in terms of sp. It is an opportunity as fundamentally we have never been in a better position.

I think the stars will align well with CTP in 2013 as we may see funds flooding back into risky small caps as QE3 work it's way through the system. Couple that with a flurry of activities with the JVs and it's game on. All we need is to hit some pay dirt.
