    Some good SP movement in early trade today....

    Earnings/share likely to be 10 cents this FY on one Province...

    One can assume the company has live bids for new contracts in other Provinces and had to wait for the ASX listing to have those bids considered.

    As China does not observe Western Christmas and New Year, announcements for new contracts could come at anytime...

    The only way is up
