The company reported Net Tangible Assets of $2.16/sh against a current price of $1.40. That's a substantial discount the market is imposing on the SP. A current DY of 4.5% (annualised, including the 100% franking credit) is not insignificant. While the current year showed a net loss, mainly due to restructure costs and write-offs, CYG still have cash to pay for the divvy and are forecasting improved performance and a return to profitability for the next fiscal year.
