I'm more than happy to hold onto this stock, so long as the directors continue to focus on the job at hand. Now that we have our initial JORC in-place, we need a competent project manager to drive Railway to the next level and beyond. Management are addressing that need as we speak.

My only concern is that whilst UMC's sp languishes at present levels, it continues to lend itself open for a potential takeover. If you think that there is only a remote chance of this happening then consider how cheaply some have been prepared to let this stock go since the JORC announcement.

I'm confident that if UMC is around for the next two years, we should see a sp of $10 minimum. However the sad reality is that many would be prepared to accept a takeover offer of well under $5.
