In these days of very low interest rates, "only 4.2pc" with a Trust such as BWP Trust seems like a reasonable idea to park some money for the long term. Money is still flowing into the market and the large infrastructure companies yields have been reducing because of the rises in their share price. BWP Trust ticks a lot of boxes that people want in a long term investment.
