If I was a builder and I could get rid of the associated issues of work cover increases, superannuation, lack of young fit blokes joining the industry - I'd be looking at this machine. Borrow the money, claim the interest expense off your taxes and start to pay off the asset.
I don't think there's a robot union that you have to negotiate with all the time?
