J2 is a hosted payload - we are buying a chunck of raw capacity from there sat and on selling to third parties... Like what NWT already does but better margins due to the nature of the deal.
J1 will be run in a similar way in terms of a learning curve.. Measat are doing T&T with a NWT shadow team. Once again that was done as a way to derisk..
