SP Post SS Announcement

Looking for more specific opinions/SP targets based on what we already know and the imminent SS announcement. 

Ive been following the stock for 18 months, my average buy in is 12 cents, very bullish. 

Would like HC members to shed light on how a company like Clean Teq can hit SP’s of >$1.40 with a resource size far smaller than what we are expecting at OPUWO. 

Does anyone have opinions beyond - general market sentiment, beyond America-China, beyond decreasing commodity prices. 

I guess my my question is, what will it take for CLA to hit SP’s like Clean Teq? The last 6 months of announcements have all been positive, more positive than what most where expecting (it seems). Just the other day someone commented that, post a positive SS announcement they would like to see the SP back at 16-19 cents?

We are on the eve of the largest transport revolution since the ICE! Someone explain to me why we aren’t expecting a 60-80 cent SP after the SS (assumed positive) and the mineral resource update on now the 5th largest Co deposit in the world ?
