250 US$m is too little for a downstream Co plant with a part of it underground.
Of course it depends on the size of mining operation.
But take COB with approx 400 US$m for a 5,25 mt open pit operation, also downstream process and also not too complexe ore as a reference.
Those who expect less than 250 USm$ will be disappointed imo.
