It can work both ways . A tight register makes stock difficult to get and when it moves demand can drive the price much higher . Similarly the opposite.
In IXCs case the quality of the holders is excellent- high wealth, prior good stock holdings and track record . They are not short of a quid and by nature , I would assume , greedy.
This stock ticks a lot of boxes for me and currently my top 2020 pick .
