The big difference with Bellamy's is the market. Bellamy's was a case of good market, poor management. RFG is a case of poor management, poor market.
I am fond of trying to catch a falling knife if I think the problem is only management since management can be changed, but it very difficult to turn around a declining market no matter how good the management.
