15 million dollars tied up in the elf. If we trade at a premium to what those shares owe their owners then paying out those loans will be a no brainer but I'd expect many of those shares to be traded to recoup the payout fiqure. (Our MC is already including those shares even though their in escrow.) Good for the companies coffers but would also increase supply of shares to the market at that point in time.
So I see initially the chance of a spike of some magnitude followed by a period where supply increases depressing the sp price. Now what can management do with 15 million to increase shareholder value to minimize that dilution. Only my view on things. Like to think 3 cents is an achievable target.
